Museum Hanmi Refund Policy

1. Museum Hanmi Exhibition Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 관람 당일 예약 취소 및 변경 불가(관람일 1일 전 오후 11시 59분까지 취소 및 변경 가능)
  (ex. 1월 1일 관람예약-> 12월 31일 오후 11시 59분까지 취소 및 변경 가능)

2. Museum Hanmi Education Program Refund Policy

• Full refund 3 days before the program, no cancellation or refund 2 days before to the day of the program.
• In case of cancellation due to illness on the day of training, refund is possible after confirmation of medical certificate.
• When making a reservation through a reservation site, the cancellation is processed by the credit card company after we request cancellation.
• If the required number of students is not met, the course will be canceled and a full refund will be available.

3. Museum Hanmi Academy Refund Policy

• Full refund before semester starts
• 70% refund within 3 weeks of starting semester
• No refund for 4 weeks after semester starts

– 적정 수강인원 미달 시 폐강이 되며, 이 경우 전액 환불 가능
– 질병으로 인해 수업이 불가능한 경우, 진단서를 송부한 경우 지정 기간 내 (개강 후 3주 이내) 전액 환불
– 부득이한 사정으로 이월 요청 시 개강 후 3주 이내 다음 학기로 이월 가능(단, 환불 불가)
