We have identified repeated instances in which password reset emails were sent to some members without their request.

In response, we reviewed the relevant access routes and security procedures and updated the system so that passwords can be reset only after identity verification. Since these measures were implemented on September 11, 2026, no further irregular password reset emails have been detected, and the website is operating normally.

If you receive a password reset email that you did not request, please do not click any links in the email and delete it. Receiving the email alone will not change your password.

If you receive another such email, please contact Museum Hanmi and provide the date and time it was received so that we can investigate. We will continue to monitor the situation and take all necessary measures to ensure the security of our website.
